BEHIND LION'S BITE BILTONG

My biltong adventure kicked off eight years ago when I moved to the U.S. from South Africa. What started as a craving for a taste of home turned into a full-blown obsession. Armed with my South African roots and a stubborn determination to get it just right, I dove into the world of biltong making.

After countless taste tests, seasoning tweaks, and a few kitchen experiments that would make a mad scientist proud, I finally hit the sweet spot (or should I say savory spot). My biltong now brings together everything I love about this South African delicacy.

Sharing this delicious piece of my heritage has been a wild and rewarding ride and I’m excited to keep the biltong love going strong.
